hey have been curing and smoking bacon, gammon and ham for over 20 years using local pork.  The curing methods have not changed in this time.  ‘Brownes Bangers’ have become a large selling point over the last few years. Boasting over 30 different flavours, including their own traditional sausage which has been made from the same recipe for over 70 years.
