Temporary Restriction of Traffic Movement
Norfolk County Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate the Harleston Town Council – Event, Christmas Market and Lights, have made a Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic on the on 30th November 2024 for 11 hours in the TOWN OF Redenhall with Harleston CP.
The Order will come into effect on 30th November 2024 and will remain in force for 11 hours. The roads will be temporarily restricted Exchange Street (Whole Length), Church Street (from the junction with Old Market Street to the Junction of the Thoroughfare) and The Thoroughfare (from the junction of London Road to the junction of Swan Lane) (except for emergency and pedestrian access) on 30th November 2024 between 09:00 to 20:00 and traffic over the roads will be temporarily restricted (except for access). Restriction on traffic will only be enforced until
normal traffic flow can be maintained.
Where appropriate during the period of the closure temporary suspension of existing permanent Traffic Orders may be imposed.
Alternative route will be via: Old Market Place, Mendham Lane, Swan Lane, Wilderness Lane, London Road
