12:15 – 12:45 – Halloween activities (The Market place) suitable for 12 and under
1:30pm – 2pm – more Halloween activities (The Market place) and final witch on stilts appearance

Temporary Restriction of Traffic Movement
Norfolk County Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate the Harleston Town Council – Event, Halloween, have made a Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic on the on 31st October 2024 for 6 hours in the TOWN OF Redenhall with Harleston CP.
The Order will come into effect on 31st October 2024 and will remain in force for 6 hours. The roads will be temporarily restricted Exchange Street (whole length), Church Street from the junction of Old Market Place to the junction of Market Place (except for emergency and pedestrian access) on 31st October 2024 between 10:00 to 15:30 and traffic over the roads will be temporarily restricted (except for access). Restriction on traffic will only be enforced until normal traffic flow can be maintained.
Where appropriate during the period of the closure temporary suspension of existing permanent Traffic Orders may be imposed.
